SNK Medical
Utilizing aerospace-grade materials and micron-level accuracy for neurosurgical and orthopedic excellence.
Magnetic levitation motors providing 50,000 hours MTBF, drastically reducing heat and noise in the OR.
Ensuring every device meets rigorous European safety and performance standards for clinical reliability.
Our latest SNK series represents the pinnacle of this trend. By removing carbon brushes, we have eliminated the generation of carbon dust within the sterile field, while also increasing the power-to-weight ratio. This allows for longer surgeries with less hand fatigue for the surgeon. The modular design enables a single handpiece to switch between a high-speed drill, an oscillating saw, and a cranial mill in seconds.
Shanghai Schnecon Technology Development Co., Ltd. is an orthopedic device company integrating design, R&D, production, sales and service. High-torque canulated drills and high-speed oscillating saws are essential for rapid intervention in orthopedic trauma cases.
Micron-level accuracy in cranial milling and drilling systems ensures safety during delicate brain and spinal surgeries.
Localized application in vet clinics requires robust, easy-to-sterilize tools like our TPLO saw adapters for specialized animal bone surgery.
The Carbon Canulate Drill ND-2011 is a favorite among global procurement teams. It features a high-torque motor housed in a premium aluminum case, providing the durability needed for high-volume orthopedic departments. Its integrated carbon brush system offers a balanced performance of power and reliability, ensuring that even under heavy loads, the tool maintains consistent RPM for precise bone penetration.
Our brushless motors utilize magnetic levitation technology, achieving 50,000 hours MTBF—effectively three times the lifespan of conventional models found in the market.
Our modular design supports 16 surgical attachments with a 0.01s response time, providing surgeons with instantaneous control over the cutting speed and torque.
The portfolio includes bone drills (200-28,000 RPM), hollow drills with triple-speed control, and oscillating saws with ±5° amplitude precision.
